SingAsana—Yoga and Body Awareness for Singers

This workshop—a part of SF Bach Choir’s Many Voices, One Art online series—will focus on breath and body awareness, as well as the physical and mental postures that best support singing. Singers will learn vocal exercises, breathing exercises (pranayama), and yoga poses that will help free their voices. Comfortable clothing is all that is required—movement will be gentle.
